Assessment Before Commitment
An assessment also provides an objective starting point when an organisation is considering changing its IT support provider, or when someone is taking responsibility for an environment they did not build.
You find out what condition the environment is really in before anyone commits to a support arrangement — which protects you, and means any proposal you receive afterwards is based on findings rather than assumptions.
There is no obligation to proceed with us afterwards.
